WALNUT ROQUEFORT SAUCE

Grind the wanut halves in a food processor or blender until very fine.  Add the cheese to the walnuts and process until roughly combined.  With the motor running, pour the olive oil through the spout, little by little, until the mixture is purŽed.  Add the paprika, salt and pepper.  Serve with grilled or roasted meat.
